How the Plan Works
Select Dental II is a Scheduled Benefit Plan. Each dental procedure is listed by ADA Code (the codes
that dentists use to bill). Each of the over 200 covered procedures is listed with a dollar benefit.
Depending on which plan you buy, APL reimburses you (or your dentist) the listed benefit amount.
Orthodontic benefits are paid on a percentage basis. There is no guessing! You know exactly how
much your Select Dental II Plan will pay.
