that each of the over 200 covered dental procedures is listed with a dollar benefit amount. Each covered procedure is listed by ADA Code,
which is the code that dentists use to bill. Depending on which plan you select, APL reimburses for the listed benefit amount. Orthodontic
benefits are paid on a percentage basis. There is no guessing! You know exactly how much your Select Dental® II Plan will pay.
